Project & Systems Management Consulting Services (PSM Consulting Services) provides project management consulting, education and training. PSM Consulting Services provides a variety of training classes geared to teach good fundamental and advanced project management techniques based on the Project Management Institute's (PMI's) Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). PSM Consulting is a Registered Education Provider for PMI, so a Professional Development Units (PDU) certificate will be given to all successful participants.

	Project Management for Executives - 2 Days, 14 PDUs - An overview of project management from the Executive Management level.
	Quality Management for Project Managers - 3 Days 21 PDUs - A look at Total Quality Management from the Project Manager's point of view.
	Risk Is A Four Letter Word! - 3 Days, 21 PDUs - All about Risk Management and how to deal with Risk within a project setting.
	Foolproof Estimating! - 2 Days, 14 PDUs - A workshop designed to hone and sharpen your estimating skills.
	Coming Soon! Making Project Management Software Work for You - 2 Days, 14 PDUs - A hands on course designed to show the proper method for entering information into a project management scheduling program so that it works for you and gives you the correct information.

All of our courses can be modified to be used in conjunction with Project Management software in a hands on environment using the software of your choice.

Seminars can be arranged at a customer's site for anywhere from 8 to 30 people. Customized seminars can be developed according to a customer's needs.

We also offer public classes periodically for attendance by individuals. Check this web site for course announcements.

In addition to project management training, assistance can be provided with organizational structure or to assist project teams with startup and teambuilding. Project reporting and communications assistance is also available along with training in the use of software project management software.
