Preparing for the PMP
Examination
5 Days
In recent years the Project Management
Professional (PMP®) Certification from the Project Management
Institute has become the most sought after certification in the world of project
management professionals. To
earn PMI’s PMP credential, you must demonstrate the required "long-term
commitment" to project management professionalism and pass a rigorous,
200-question exam covering the project management processes and knowledge areas in PMI’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge
(PMBOK®), 3rd edition.
Improve your chances of passing the
grueling PMP certification exam on the first try with this well-proven and
successful course. You’ll find out exactly what you need to know and how to
prepare yourself to successfully tackle any question on the exam.
We do not believe in drilling you on the PMP exam questions; we believe
in teaching the practical methodology of project management.
Through mastery of the project management methodology you will pass the
certification exam.
Although the course requires no
pre-requisite it is expected that all participants hold the equivalent of a
bachelor’s degree and have several years of experience.
This course covers all of the areas of the
Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge and much more. The PMBOK is
the most accepted global standard for project management.
This course will earn participants 35
Professional Development Units and 3.5 Continuing Education Units
